My Story

From a young age, I've been captivated by understanding how things work. As a child, I would eagerly dismantle anything I could get my hands on to see what was inside. Building kits and crafting electronics were not just hobbies—they were my passion.

My professional journey began in 2004 when I joined the preventive maintenance department at Louisiana Tech University. Eager to expand my knowledge, I absorbed all I could and soon transitioned into an apprenticeship in the HVAC department. There, I was fortunate enough to be mentored by seasoned experts who helped me master various HVAC specialties.

My career took a significant turn when I moved to a local hospital. This environment enabled me to sharpen my skills not only in HVAC but also in comprehensive facility maintenance, including critical aspects like life safety. Climbing the ranks, I eventually became the Director of Facilities, overseeing a diverse team responsible for environmental services, biomedical, maintenance, lawn care, and security.

However, the evolving landscape of healthcare, prompted a reevaluation of my career path. The uncertainty fueled my decision to forge a new path and led to the creation of Linc Solutions. Here, I leverage my extensive experience to provide exceptional maintenance and compliance services, ensuring facilities operate smoothly and safely.
